Ну уж тогда можно и не из 1969 года начининать... Можно начинать с уравнений Максвелла или открытия радиопередачи Поповым и Маркони.

Ошиблись, так и скажите, а не тащите за уши Максвелла, он хоть и титан, но прикрываться им не стоит по любому поводу, в том числе и по финансированию науки.
