Были приглашены каким-то российским генералом осмотреть отвод мелкого калибра ВСН от фронта. Проехались в Лозовое, наблюдали там три танка и кучку БМП, типа отвели. Зафоткали и сняли с беспилотника это дело.

Обсешники на укр-рус границе контролируемой ДНР в Успенке сообщили что очереди пересекающих границу зашкаливают, люди жалуются что стоят сутками. ДНРовец сказал что быстрее уже некуда, заипались такой трафик обрабатывать.

19 июля Обсе проверили две ДНРовских площадки с отведённой тяжёлой артой. Не смогли сверить номера на Рапирах потому что на позапрошлой неделе не дали их записать (но количество совпадает - шесть). Одной Гвоздики не хватает.

18 июля обсешники проверили 11 площадок где ВСУ должны держать отведённые большие калибры согласно минским соглашениям. На 4х площадках из 11 - недостача.
На площадках ВСУ нехватает:
а) Град - 1шт.
б) Град - 3шт.
в) Гвоздика - 6шт.
г) Акация - 10шт.
Также 18го обсе посетили одну новую площадку, где посчитали шесть тяжёлых 120мм миномётов "Сани", на след.день перепроверили, всё ок.

Обсе видело при помощи беспилотников 19го числа:
- в подконтрольном Украине Гранитном - 2 танка и пушку на прицепе.
- в подконтрольном ДНР Ясном - исходящий арт.огонь по подконтрольному Украине Березовому.
Потом беспилотники начали глушить.
Дополнительно, видели не нарушающие минские договоренности, но таки концентрацию военных ресурсов на территории ДНР - 31 грузовик, и пару бензовозов.
